Barcelona-based artist Mireia Aleu Barange has been drawing since childhood characters, people, scenes, all the things around her that gives her inspiration.
An alumni of Barcelona's University School of Design and Art in Children's and YA illustration, Mire is a prolific author and illustrator who is constantly crafting stories based on the themes of self-acceptance, emotions and destiny. She loves observing people's behaviours and uses her child-like sense of wonder throughout her work.
Mire's unique whimsical style suits children's books and editorial. She is currently available for commissions.
